FAQs

How long is response time?

We’re based in Opelika and proudly serve all of Lee County, including Auburn and the surrounding areas. Dispatch times may vary depending on current call volume, location, and the type of service already in progress, but we prioritize fast response and efficient routing. Our goal is simple — get to you as quickly as possible and get you back on the road without unnecessary delay.

Do you service highways?

Yes — we service highways throughout Lee County when it is safe to do so.

If you’re stopped on a highway shoulder, exit ramp, or roadside area, we’ll respond as long as conditions allow safe access to your vehicle. Your safety and ours comes first, so in certain high-risk situations we may recommend contacting emergency services for traffic control.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payments for quick and secure transactions on-site. Payment is collected at the time of service, and you’ll receive a receipt for your records. If you have a specific payment method in mind, feel free to ask when scheduling.

Are you 24/7?

We normally operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for standard service rates.

After-hours, weekend, and holiday assistance may be available based on availability and location, with applicable premium rates. If you need help outside normal business hours, contact us and we’ll confirm availability and pricing before dispatch.
