FAQs

How long is response time?

Response times depend on where you are in the county, current call volume, and whether we're already on another job. We're based in Opelika and cover all of Lee County, so most calls within Auburn, Opelika, and the surrounding area typically see us arrive within 30–45 minutes under normal conditions. For calls farther out or during high-volume periods, we'll give you an honest ETA when you call so you're never left wondering. If a faster response is critical for your situation, let us know up front and we'll tell you straight whether we can meet it.

Do you service highways?

Yes — we respond to calls on highways throughout Lee County whenever it's safe to do so. Shoulders, exit ramps, and roadside pull-offs are all fair game as long as conditions allow us to work on your vehicle without putting anyone at risk. In high-traffic or low-visibility situations, we may recommend contacting emergency services first for traffic control before we move in. Your safety and ours comes before the call every time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar). Payment is collected at the time of service, and you'll get a receipt on the spot for your records. If you have questions about payment before we roll, just ask when you call and we'll get it squared away ahead of time.

Are you 24/7?

Yes — we're available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our standard rates apply Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Calls outside those hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) are still answered and serviced, but they're billed with an after-hours premium to cover late-night response. You can see the full breakdown on our Pricing/Fees page. If you need help outside normal hours, just call — we'll confirm availability and total pricing before we dispatch.
